This 10 cubic meter cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tank adopts a fixed double-layer structure and is insulated by vacuum powder insulation. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy centralized control, and convenient operation and maintenance. The working pressure of the tank reaches 2.16MPa. The design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance are strictly carried out in accordance with relevant national standards, such as TSG R0004-2009 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels", GB150 "Pressure Vessels" and GB/T18442 "Fixed Vacuum Insulated Deep Cold Pressure Vessels", etc., to ensure the quality and safety of the products.

 

In order to reduce transportation costs, the 10 cubic carbon dioxide storage tanks shipped this time were customized according to the size of the container. The outer diameter of the tank was changed from the conventional 2300mm to 2100mm, so that the tank can be smoothly loaded into the container, thereby greatly reducing the customer's procurement costs.
